TEKLYNX offers an Assisted Install service to help you with the install or upgrade of any purchased label identification product via remote access. This service includes complete setup of the software, server, and clients, as well as connectivity to your printers.
There are three Levels of Support:
BRONZE- Label Design Products (LABEL MATRIX, LABELVIEW, CODESOFT)
- Single User
- Connect to One Printer
SILVER - Label Design Products (LABEL MATRIX, LABELVIEW, CODESOFT)
- Network, Less than 10 Users
- Up to 5 Printers
- LABEL ARCHIVE – Desktop installation*
PLATINUM- Label Design Products (LABEL MATRIX, LABELVIEW, CODESOFT)
- Network, 10 Users or More
- Up to 10 Printers
- LABEL ARCHIVE – Server Installation*
Get your label design system installed and configured correctly the first time! Ask your reseller about TEKLYNX' Assisted Install service.
*Assisted Installs are required with all LABEL ARCHIVE software purchases sold through the TSP channel.
